Number 1 or 2?: You can control your bladder better by avoiding foods and drugs that are diuretics such as caffeinated beverages (coffee, soda, tea), and keeping your water/fluid intake to a reasonable level when you feel you might not be around any facilities. Don't risk dehydration to avoid urinating, it will make your kidneys angry! if you are having frequent bm's have doc rule out celiac, crohns, or ibs etc.
