Checkup: Depends on the examination. It may just be a fluid filled conjunctival cyst, which is benign. Other lumps or bumps may be possible, but to be sure that it's not serious, a visual exam is very helpful.

Pinguecula : Could be a conjunctival cyst, that can develop from allergies or a pinguecula, asmall, white-yellowish bump on the conjunctiva near the cornea. It can appear on either side of the cornea, but occurs more often on the nose (nasal) side. The growth may increase in size over time.
