Vaginal complaints: Unfortunately, your historical data are scarce enough to suggest anything. You'd be way better off to have a well taken history and a good physical exam to rule things out. Pregnancy should be #1 concern, then infection of the vagina and/or bladder. Ovarian cysts especially the ruptured ones may present with abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. Sexual encounters especially with poor lubrication.
