A member asked:

Since the mouth is warm and moist, couldn't sperm live in it? and for how long could it live in the mouth?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Sperm can live in the reproductive tract for up to 72 hours, but cannot live that long in the mouth as the ph (acidity/alkalinity) of the mouth is very different from the vagina, in addition there are enzymes in the mouth that will break down. Of course, you likely know that that stomach has an acidity of around 1, so sperm would definitely perish in that environment.
