See a doctor.: The average couple that are trying to conceive can achieve a pregnancy within 12 months. If you are emotionally and financially ready for a baby, and you and your partner have been trying for a year and you haven't become pregnant, i recommend you talk to your doctor about this to see what if any further workup may be recommended.

Consult Gynecologist: We can not tell you what the problem can be you not getting pregnant.I will suggest you consult your gynecologist as there can be many reasons you not able to get pregnant.
