It depends: If you are pregnant, you should avoid traditional chiro adjustments but chiropractors also use a small instrument to perform adjustments while you rest comfortably on your side or back.

Drive by: If you have low back pain, and are pregnant, you should drive by the chiropractor office on your way to your ob's office who can best help you with this issue. Chiropractors have nothing to offer pregnant women and can do dangerous things.
