No: Iui usually is timed for ovulation. This generally will be around cycle day 14 and even if not, the timing of the pregnancy test assumes day 14 for ovulation. The second 1/2 of the cycle is the luteal phase and is very consistent at two weeks. Pregnancy testing is generally done at the two week ( cycle day 28) or beyond depending on the routine of the provider. Best of luck!
