No, IF…...: If you really have not had any sexual contact of any type (meaning not having a penis anywhere near your vagina) for 3 months and have had regular periods during that time, then it is very unlikely you are pregnant. It is more likely you have experienced an "anovulatory cycle" or failed to ovulate this month. This is much more likely if you are overweight.
