BLINK MORE!: Chronic computer use, or mobile phone use involves staring too long without blinking, causing mild to severe dry eyes! Use a post-it note, stating, 'BLINK NOW!' Take breaks from computer work too. Your normal blink reflex can be reduced so severely that you will need ot use lubricating drops, while working on the computer to prevent red, burning eyes that are drying out. Use warm compress in AM 2.
