Vaccine: If you were to be vaccinated with improperly sterilized equipment, you could acquire hepatitis b, hepatitis c, or hiv, but not hepatitis a. There's a vaccine for hepatitis b, which you should definitely receive. There's no way to prevent hepatitis c or HIV other than getting a tattoo by someone who does things right.
