Butterflies,: Push-ups, military presses, presses,pull-ups, all work the upper body. There are many more, discuss with a trainer so you can be coached in proper technique. Read trusty weight training books (no emphasis on supplements) and find out multiple ways to strengthen and tone all muscle groups.
