Menstrual cycle pblm: The menstrual cycle may if exaggerated cause anemia from heavy bleeding, but aside from "pre-menstrual syndrome" (PMS) when estrogen falls just prior to ovulation and just prior to actual menstrual flow which causes psychological changes ( anger, sensitivities to verbal statements, etc.) there are no "conditions" of note, except when menstruation ceases secondary to pregnancy .
