Hello doctors, what does atrialization of left heart border means?

Large left atrium: The normal contour of the left side of the heart on ones chest x-ray is concave, somewhat like a ski slide. When the left atrium becomes enlarged, the portion of the left atrium called the left atrial appendage, which forms the left heart border, enlarges, thereby causing the contour of the left heart border to become convex (bulged out). Atrialization refers to this change.
