Arousal without sex: Massaging the area on the anterior wall of the vagina just past the pubic bone can cause the area to swell into a small bump...This the so called g-spot. Massaging the area can help with lubrication, orgasm and female ejaculation. Sex is not required to stimulate the g-spot. Some docs think the g-spot is the posterior extension of the clitoris, i tend to agree.
