Hi i am having irregular periods & my dr gve me some birth controlpills for 6 months its was regular for few months again it became irregular . sugges?

BCP: Some women keep on having irregular periods if they are not taking bcp to regulate them. The cause for the irregular periods is likely hormonal issues that cause lack or infrequent ovulation. Sometimes were are not able to correct that. Then the next best option is to continue bcp to regulate the cycle. If a woman is having irregular periods on bcp then she may need a different bcp.
