See a doctor.: Without more details it's hard to say, but you mention aches, fatigue and dehydration under "conditions". You may have a viral infection (a cold) that will resolve with home care, but it's impossible to say. Your best bet is to call your doctor's office, or visit urgent care so that someone can see you and listen to your lungs in person.
