Not likely: You probably are not pregnant and your period just may be "missing in action" this month. If it is still missing next month run another pregnancy test or see a gyn md for the reason(s) why.

Pregnancy unlikely: Plan b can cause the spotting you are describing and this does not mean that there is anything wrong with you or that you could be pregnant in spite of all of your precautions and tests. Many things can interrupt your periods but do not necessarily represent a serious problem. You should be evaluated if you go three months without a period.
