Early wrinkles?: May be 'smile lines and this is not a bad thing. Concerns would be if associated with rapid weight loss (?Anorexia or bulemia?) general recommendations: stay out of the sun, use 50+ sun screen, and do not smoke. You can try the otc retinols (some have salacylic acid and retinol) and moisturize.
