Not typical: This is not a typical sign of prostate enlargement. Urinary frequency, urgency, slow stream, incomplete bladder emptying, etc. Are tip-offs to prostate enlargement or benign bladder outlet obstruction. The force of ejaculation is highly variable and not something you should be concerned about.
