Maybe: You may be able to but should you? There are a lot of factors to going on disability. Migraine can be a challenge to overcome but most folks can with good treatment and persistance. You should be getting seen and treated by a competent physician.

Maybe: A reviewing agency would look at frequency and degree of disability. They may or may not accept the label based on their agency standards. You may or may not have lived up to their definition of seeking proper treatment to minimize effects. Once you bring out the label you may make yourself uninsurable for life/casualty insurance. Giving the confusion in healthcare you may make that a problem too
