Pain : Pain comes from trauma, inflammation (swelling) or constriction. Something is happening on your sexual activity to cause one of these three things. Are you dehydrated or ejaculating too frequently to keep up with semen and sperm, production? Or too vigorously causing trauma to the scrotum? Or do you have an infection?
