Not a fan...: I am not aware of any adverse effects on pregnancy from tree oil products. They are derived from the indian "neem" tree which was thought to have ayurvedic antiseptic properties... Unfortunately a large percentage of indians suffer from severe periodontal disease anyway... The fact that it has no Fluoride protection doesn't help the cause either, unless you are using a separate Fluoride rinse...

NOT FAMILIAR: I would stick to something that is organic and totally safe like tom's of maine. You are pregnant so don't take any risks even if it's minimal.
