Yes: Viruses like HIV are secreted in body fluids like saliva. Theoretically infection can be transmitted in the manner you described. However there is no data in my knowledge to suggest that this mode of transmission is common.

Saliva: First the saliva would have to come from someone infected with an std. Common stds that are infectious in saliva would include herpes, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia. Hiv is not transmitted through saliva.
