Fungus?: May be an early fungal infection vs early wart appearance. Can either try topical antifungal (like lotrimin (clotrimazole) / micatin) for few days and see if improves, or see your dr / urgent care / "std clinic" dr for exam, diagnosis and treatment. Good luck.
