Don't know: Depends on where wound is and what antibiotics you're on. Dicloxacillin is a common antibiotic for wounds and classically makes people fatigued. If you're having fevers, call your doctor immediately as that's a better sign of spreading infection.

Yes, however,: If you have other symptoms of cough, sore throat it could be a viral infection causing the fatigue and body aches. It would help to try to check your temperature to see if you have fever (greater than 100.5) if so, or if you cannot determine one for sure, you should seek a reevaluation based on your description.
