Deep breath: Nervousness and anxiety is a product of our mind. We all get nervous. I perform, I do procedures and i get nervous. I always say, faith in myself and my ability, good thoughts, and a deep breath and count to 10 as i inhale helps (not fast). If all things fail, i pray. It is difficult to impart another person's mind and perspective to another, but a word of encouragement and sharing thought is easy.
