Can fenugreek help stimulate my milk production?

Yes: Fenugreek is a safe, well-studied galactagogue (a substance that increases breast milk). The german commission recommends a dose of 6 grams per day. You should see an increase in your milk production in a few days. Your perspiration may smell like fenugreek for a few days, but this will lessen with time. Also allow your baby to breastfeed as much as she wants and pump after each feed.

Not worth the chance: Maybe, but we don't know the long term effects it might have on your nursing baby.
