I need help please, is a hand tremor a big deal?

Not necessarily: Sometimes a tremor can represent an exaggerated physiologic tremor but should be evaluated in full. Questions you can anticipate include whether one or both hands are involved, is it present at rest, with maintenance of posture, or with intention. Are there other body parts involved?
