Rib pain: Rib pain in female under the breast are common it could be what we called costochondritis which mean inflammation in the cartilage of the lower end of the ribs could be caused by an old trauma or bruises and sometime by the metal or hard wire of a bra heat and Ibuprofen usually help if keep persisting see your phisician.
