Evaluation: There are many causes of dyspnea with exercise. Common causes: #1) poor fitness: if you are out of shape, it's hard to keep up with your body's oxygen needs, #2) expertise-induced asthma: this is common, and can be diagnosed with history, exam, pfts, and maybe an exercise test, 3#) heart disease (this would not be common in a 32 yo.) start with your primary care doctor.
