Plantar fasciitis: Is most common cause of arch pain. Stretching exercises, massage, ice/heat and more supportive shoes/inserts should help. If still a problem, see podiatrist.

Arch pain: As said , plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of arch pain , but it can also be arch claudication and tendonitis. See your podiatrist for assistance.
