Anxiety: Consult with your doctor to try to determine the cause of your distress, for instance is it anxiety, diet, lack of exercise or all three. See a nutritionist if it is diet related and if anxiety seem to be a key variable ask for a referral to a mental health professional who can help you learn to calm yourself. Best.
