Can you provide some advice for someone who's had a lung transplant?

Friendly advice: Take your transplant medications as prescribed; make all follow-up visits with your transplant team; exercise as much as possible, don't smoke; enjoy your family and friends. Write a nice personal thank you to the donor family that gave you a second chance ! trust me--they will appreciate it.

Regular exercise: Pulmonary rehab, stable weight, take your ant-rejection therapy faithfully and go to regular medical followup.
