Depends on variables: Most vaccines are non-living material; tetanus, whooping cough, injectable flu, etc. These can trigger reactions (allergic) to its components but not an infection. Some vaccines are made up of weakened viruses;chickenpox, mmr, nasal flu, and these cause a low grade body response but rarely a true illness. Those with weakened immunity (chemo, hiv) could have big problems with the weakened viral vacc.
