KF syndrome: Syndrome which has complex genetic inheritance characterized by abnormal fusion of some of the bones in the neck leading to a short neck and limited neck motion. There is sometimes a curvature of the thoracic spine and a variety of other findings including kidney abnormalities, hearing difficulties and cleft palate.
