Depends on what you: Are asking about. Cigarettes are more likely to cause cardiovascular issues and lung cancer, where as marijuana is more likely to affect physchosocially. That being said, an unfiltered joint can cause as much damage as 20 cigarettes to upper airway mucosa. I would recommend not smoking either.
