See your eye doctor: To check your corneal surface and lenses. This has to be investigated further, and evaluated under a slit-lamp microscope.

Unusual symptom: If this is a visual symptom it is very unusual. It could be a visual aura as in a visual migraine, but it is not a typical description. It could also be of a retinal or vitreous cause, so a dilated eye examination by an ophthalmologist is indicated as soon as possible.
