i've always had a lot of vaginal discharge. i need to wear pantiliners daily. tell me if this is normal?

Probsbly is normal.: Signs of infection include, but are not limited to, foul odor, itching, redness, warmth, etc... Be on the lookout for these things, which would signify an abnormal scenario like an infection.

Sounds excessive: Should see your gyn / primary dr / urgent care for exam & testing to be sure you do not have an infection as the cause of the discharge.
