Depends: If you're sexually active, you need the vaccine. If you're not yet, you can wait.

Why Not?: If you are not sexually active then you should take the vaccine since you should still be hpv negative. Once you become active the chances of contracting an hpv infection rapidly increase and you lose the benefits of the vaccine.
