Chinese Food: often contains Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) which is classified by the FDA as a flavor enhancer that is “generally recognized as safe”. Per Mayo Clinic- research hasn't shown a definite link btwn MSG & “MSG Symptom Complex” which may include: headache, flushing, sweating, facial pressure, numbness, tingling or burning in the face, neck, etc, palpitations, chest pain, nausea or weakness.
