Low sperm count: Still best to try with an infertility expert: isci/suzi/in vitro/ex vivo alternatives are all available.

Many options: Depending on how severe the sperm issues, and whether of not there are also problems on the female side (low egg supply, tube problems, problems with ovulation) treatments can be very successful - inseminations (iui) for mild-moderate sperm problems, in vitro fertilization with icsi for severe sperm problems. A few men need surgical sperm retrieval. Donor sperm also an option. See a rei physician.
