Nail biting: Once you get into this habit it is difficult to break. You could try soaking your finger tips into a paste made of soem bitter melon and leaving it on for about 10-15 miinutes and then just wiping the paste off wihtout washing it off. Then if you will not want to put those finger tips into your mouth to nibble at your nails. It is totally benign as far as side effets go.
