Spermatorrhea: This condition is an abnormally frequent involuntary emission of the semen without copulation. It is not a disease and is best understood with alternative or oriental medicine. Many herbs are used but i no of no proof that they help or not. I would talk to a psychologist and discuss hypnosis or desensitization.

Surprise Ejaculation: I would be much more interested in knowing what is really occurring and not a preconceived internet diagnosis of 'spermatorrhea'. This is defined as unexpected ejaculation. In modern medicine we can talk about this in an adult way. There is no medical condition here in general.
