Septal surgery: Hello. Yes, following a septal surgery it is common and expected to develop a headache. When i perform this procedure, i place splints inside the nose on both sides to support the operated septum in the midline position. After the splints are removed, the pain decreases significantly. See your surgeon for confirmation.
