Pelvic supporter: Some pregnant women experience spasm of transversus abdominis muscle of abdomen due to spasm of this muscle attempting to maintain closure of sacroiliac joints of the pelvic girdle. This occurs with greater incidence in women with joint hypermobility syndrome (jhs). A sacroiliac joint belt (boa.Com) might help, but should only be used if your obstetrician advises, so see this doctor.
