A member asked:

How do i get soft contacts out without touching my eyeball?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Correct technique: The soft lens sits atop your eyeball and if you grasp or slide it properly, you need not touch your eye at all. Sit down with a friend who is an experienced contact wearer and he/she can show you the proper technique. Gets to be totally routine.
