OK-use caution: You could simply use 20mg of the Cialis to achieve the same desired effect for as needed erections, as that medication is already in your system for the BPH issues i assume. Viagra (sildenafil) can be used, but be aware of the risks of priapism (erection over 4hours etc). You can not take these meds ever if you are on nitroglycerine for your heart as it can cause severe issues with your blood pressure.
