Know signs of labor: Congratulations! you are almost there. Baby is relative matured at this point and delivery any time from here on is reassuring that baby will do well. So, look for signs of labor--persistent, regular contractions/lower abdominal cramps, fluid gushing out, increasing pelvic pressure (baby drop lower), bloody show, lose mucus plug. Read book called what to expect while you are expecting. God luck.
