Not sure: Probalby they will deliver you as usual and have a colorectal surgeon see you post partum to offer the best advice on future management and problems.

Right thing: Your OB doctor is an expert and see this common problem all the time, after delivery most likely they reduce them most of the time will heal on their own, rarely need a surgical consult and treatment.
