Uterus tilted backwa: Retroverted uterus means uterus is tilted backwards .It has no effect on the sex desire, but some have pain with sex 20% of women have retroverted uterus treatment is rarely needed can include exercises pessary manual repositioning surgery treating the underlying condition like endometriosis, adhesions and fibrois.
